1-day shipping on stock items
In-stock items ship within one business day: the same business day when you order by 2 PM ET, otherwise the next. Every product page shows how many are in stock; items not in stock show their lead time. We ship tracked UPS and DHL Express from the USA, with faster services available at checkout. 3-year warranty, minimum
Every product carries a warranty of at least 3 years from the date it ships, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Some products carry a longer warranty. If a product fails under warranty, email us or reply to your order confirmation email: we repair or replace it, or refund it, and pay the return shipping. Our engineering team includes licensed Professional Engineers (P.E.) who design and support machine-vision inspection systems. Every unit comes with their support at no charge, before and after you buy:
- choosing the camera, lens, lighting and controller for your part, defect, field of view and working distance;
- checking that a system fits together (the configurator does most of this for you);
- getting a sharp, high-contrast image once it is installed: lens focus and aperture, light angle, colour and strobe.

Volume discounts
Buying several units, equipping a line or ordering the same parts again? Add the parts to a quote with the quantities, or send your bill of materials, and we reply with volume pricing, usually within one business day.
Net 30 terms for businesses
Approved business accounts can order on Net 30 terms: send a purchase order and pay the invoice within 30 days. To open an account, ask on a quote request or email us with your company name, billing address and accounts-payable contact. Card, PayPal and the other checkout payment methods stay available for every order.
