These terms apply to purchases from LumaSpec Vision ("we", "us") through our website and checkout. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

2. Product information

We work to keep descriptions, specifications, drawings and images accurate, but we do not guarantee they are free of errors. Values marked typical or inferred are estimates. Availability, prices and specifications may change without notice. Please confirm that a product fits your application before installing it.

3. Orders

Your order confirmation email confirms that we received your order; it is not acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of a pricing error or availability, and will refund any payment taken.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout through the methods offered there. We may correct pricing errors.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, both available at checkout.

6. Defective products

If a product is defective in materials or workmanship under normal use, report it within the return window and we will repair, replace or refund it under our Refund Policy. Misuse, accidents, modifications and unauthorized repairs are not covered.

7. Intellectual property

Website content, including text, drawings, CAD files, images and logos, belongs to LumaSpec Vision or its licensors. Drawings and CAD files may be used to design and document your own systems; you may not resell or republish them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, data or production, arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the website or products or your breach of these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown at checkout when you order applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which LumaSpec Vision is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
