Ordering, payment, shipping and returns.
How do I order?
Choose a model and colour on its product page, then press Add to cart or Buy now. Checkout runs on Shopify. You get an order confirmation email straight away, then a shipping email with the tracking number.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other major cards, PayPal, Venmo, Shop Pay and Google Pay. All prices are in US dollars.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payment is taken on Shopify's encrypted, PCI DSS compliant checkout. Your card details go straight to the payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers.
How much is shipping, and how fast?
Shipping is calculated at checkout from live UPS and DHL Express rates for your address, so you see the exact cost before you pay. Each product page shows when it ships, and transit time depends on the service you choose. See the shipping policy.
Which countries do you ship to?
The United States and most countries worldwide. We do not currently ship to the European Union. Checkout lists every country we ship to.
Are import duties included?
No. Prices and shipping charges do not include import duties, taxes or customs fees. International buyers pay them to the carrier or customs authority on delivery.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 90 days of shipment if it is unused and in its original packaging. Reply to your order confirmation email for a return authorization (RMA) number. Within the US we send a prepaid return label. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply, waived for defects or our errors. What if a product is defective?
Report it within the return window and we will repair, replace or refund it, including return shipping. See the terms of service.
Can I check dimensions before I buy?
Yes. Product pages list full specifications. Most include a dimensioned drawing (PDF), and many a 3D model you can rotate on the page and download as a STEP file.
I'm not sure which light I need.
Start with the lighting selection guide. If you still have a question about fit, contact us with your part, defect and working distance.
Do I get a receipt or invoice?
Your order confirmation email is your receipt. If you need an invoice with your company details, reply to that email.
