Shipping and delivery

Where we ship

We ship within the United States and to most countries worldwide. We do not currently ship to the European Union, including its outermost regions; checkout lists every country we ship to. Prices are in US dollars.

Carriers and rates

• United States: UPS, with ground and faster services to choose from at checkout.
• International: DHL Express and UPS Worldwide services.

Shipping is calculated at checkout from live carrier rates for your address and order, including packing and handling.

Processing time

Processing time depends on the product. After you order, we email you the estimated ship date, then the tracking number when your order ships.

Delivery times

Transit times depend on the destination and the service you choose at checkout. Delivery dates from carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Duties and taxes on international orders

Prices and shipping charges do not include import duties, taxes or customs fees. International buyers pay these to the carrier or customs authority on delivery.

Changes and cancellations

To change or cancel an order before it ships, reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, depending on how far the order has progressed.

Delivery problems

If a shipment is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, reply to your order or shipping email and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
