256-stage TDI 10 GigE line scan cameras using domestic linear array chips, in three specifications (LS-MV-L042MT-10G / LS-MV-L082MT-10G / LS-MV-L162MT-10G) with 4096/8192/16384 line pixels and line frequency up to 250K/144K/72K, for high speed and stability.
