Model LS-LATB300

Multi-function line-scan experiment platform for evaluating line-scan hardware selection, imaging schemes and image software before a project starts. It is built from a camera fixing module, a light fixing module, a reciprocating motion platform (500 mm travel, up to 500 mm/s, products up to 600 mm wide), a signal input/output module and an optional rotary test module (LS-LATB300) for cylinder surfaces 6-100 mm in diameter.

Features

• Camera fixing module: XYZ adjustment rails (coarse), micro-positioning stage (fine) and a dedicated camera clamp (max opening 90mm) for precise positioning and alignment of line-scan cameras
• Light fixing module: two dedicated brackets on the rails adjust line-scan lights front/back, left/right and up/down; rotating structure allows any angle 0-360 degrees
• Reciprocating motion platform: servo control system with precision lead screw and guide rail, smooth and precise; travel 500mm, max speed 500mm/s, product width up to 600mm
• Signal input / output module: 6-pin and network cable outputs plus several IO ports for triggering and switching outputs
• Optional rotary test module (LS-LATB300) for surface inspection of cylinders; DC motor, speed manually adjustable; cylinder diameter 6mm-100mm
