Vision mold monitor that uses machine vision processing algorithms with a PC, camera and light source to form a stable injection mold protection device. It detects problems in the injection molding process such as products not falling off, ejector pins, sliders or residue that could break and damage the mold, protecting the mold, reducing the defective rate and ensuring continuous production.

- 13.3 inch industrial integrated mainframe
- 1 to 4 cameras with infrared lights on magnetic bases
- Connects to the injection molding machine via DB15 link line
- Standard mode and insert pattern; first, second and third surveillance stages
- Automatic recheck 1-3 times on an abnormal result; prohibits ejection or mold closure on exception
