Crack detection in highway and railway tunnel structures is a crucial step to ensure tunnel safety and stability. By monitoring the stress characteristics and deformation of tunnel surrounding rock and supporting lining structures, early signs of hazards such as collapses and large deformations can be identified, allowing timely maintenance measures to be taken to safeguard construction safety. In modern automated scanning and monitoring systems, our 2nd-generation long-distance linear light source, used in conjunction with line-scan cameras, enhances the visibility of defects like cracks and deformations in color images, with high color reproduction accuracy.
