Hoe spotverlichting te kiezen
Spotverlichting is compacte puntbronnen die een geconcentreerde straal op een klein gebied richten. Ze verlichten kleine velden, voeden een coaxiaal objectief via zijn zijde van de verlichting, en voegen lokale verlichting toe waar een grotere verlichting niet past, zoals binnen montagevoorzieningen of naast een robotgreep. Deze categorie bevat 189 spotverlichtingen.
Kies eerst op straal en behuizinggrootte, daarna op spanning: de meeste modellen werken op 24 V, terwijl 3 V en 5 V puntbronnen een controller met overeenkomstige uitgang nodig hebben. Kies daarna de golflengte: infrarood bij 850 nm en 940 nm, UV van 365 nm tot 405 nm, en kortgolflengte infrarood tot 1450 nm voor SWIR-cameras. Behuizingen zijn beschikbaar in aluminium, plastic en roestvrij staal.

Spotverlichting: veelgestelde vragen
Hoe gebruik ik een spotverlichting met een coaxiale lens?
Sommige machinevision-objectieven hebben een zijpoort en een interne lichtspleet voor op-as verlichting. Een klein puntlicht of lichtpunt wordt aan die poort bevestigd, en het objectief stuurt het licht langs de optische as naar het onderdeel. Dit geeft coaxiale stijlverlichting voor vlakke, glanzende oppervlakken in een zeer compacte uitvoering, zonder aparte coaxiale verlichtingshuiswerk tussen objectief en onderdeel.
Welke spanning heeft een spotverlichting nodig?
Controleer de kolom Spanning. De meeste spotverlichtingen werken met 24 V en werken met een standaard constante-spanningscontroller. Laagspanningspuntsources met een specificatie van 3 V of 5 V moeten worden aangedreven door een controller met een overeenkomstige constante-spanningsuitgang van 5 V of door een constante-stroomcontroller; het aansluiten ervan op een uitgang van 24 V kan de LED's beschadigen.
Wat betekenen de IP-klassewaarden op spotverlichting?
Het IP-code beschrijft de bescherming tegen stof en water. IP50 geeft stofbescherming zonder waterklasse. IP65 is stofdicht en weerstand tegen waterstralen, IP67 weerstand tegen tijdelijke onderdompeling, en IP68 weerstand tegen continue onderdompeling onder voorwaarden die zijn gesteld voor het product. Kies IP65 of hoger voor spoelzones of natte gebieden, en controleer de kolom met IP-rating voor elk model.
Welke golflengtes zijn beschikbaar in spotverlichting?
Naast wit, rood, groen en blauw komen spotverlichtingen voor in UV-golflengtes van 365 nm tot 405 nm voor fluorescering, infrarood bij 730 nm, 850 nm en 940 nm, en kortgolfig infrarood van 1050 nm tot 1450 nm. SWIR-golflengtes vereisen een SWIR-camera; standaard sensoren zien ze niet. Gebruik het golflengtefilter om de lijst te verkleinen.
